New Moon Manifestation

Today we are talking about New Moon Manifestation. When we follow the energy that the Universe is providing for us, we can get into the flow and manifest with the moon.

So please sit back and relax while you enjoy your coffee, tea, or water, and let’s dive in.

New Moon Energy

New Moon Manifestation - New Moon Energies

The New Moon always brings a level of excitement. It is the start of a new Lunar cycle and represents new beginnings. Wipe the slate clean of whatever did not work for you throughout the last Lunar cycle.

Sometimes the New Moon’s energy can feel like a quiet time where the night seems so long, and it can sometimes bring about dark energy – the New Moon is so small and dark in this phase and hardly visible to the naked eye.

The energy of a New Moon can be challenging for some because, as humans, we can sense change, and it is in our nature to run or avoid change. However, if you can get into the energy that the Moon is asking for, your transition will be more smooth.

Be willing to let go of fear and old programs that would normally hold you back. This is your time to shine and get super clear on your intentions ahead. Asking for direction before sleep so it can come in a dream will really help you accomplish this.

New Moons are the perfect time to set out new goals, intentions, and wishes. After all, through the darkness of a New Moon, we can become reborn through our intentions and wishes.

New Moon Focus

New Moon Manifestation - New Moon Focus

The 3-5 days leading up to the New Moon is considered a Balsamic Moon phase, or to some, it is the Waning Crescent Moon. During this time, we are releasing all the intense energies that are lingering from the Full Moon, Disseminating Moon, and Third Quarter Moon. (More on those phases to come)

Fun fact Balsam is translated to “healing or soothing.”

In the Balsamic phase, we are ready to release, heal, and surrender. Begin the journey inward and think about the forgiveness and release you did through the Full Moon. Anything that is remaining, it is time to let go now.

This is also a great time to look at all of the things from the last lunar cycle that did not work for you. That could be relationships, your schedule, home life, etc. Get right down to what did work, what did not, what you did not like, what you did like; when we take the time to get clear on the things that did not work, we can stop putting energy where it is not serving us so that when the New Moon comes, we are clear on our goals, intentions, and New Moon wishes for the coming month, and year!

Once we reach the New Moon phase, humans can sometimes be guarded because New Moons also represent change or rebirth, and for many, that is a difficult thing to do. Still, if we spend days leading up to it with an energy of acceptance and surrender, we can get excited about a change. Especially when we know what is working for us, and then we can expand from there.

New Moon Manifestation – New Moon Wishes

New Moon Manifestation - New Moon Wishes

There is something magical about a New Moon. As you have read, I mention wishes – New Moon Wishes. So, you are probably wondering what that is all about. When we take the actions listed above – getting clear on what works, what does not and preparing to bring in change, we will then be ready to bring our manifestation and wishes to light.

How To:

Much of this information comes from Moonology by Yasmin Boland, plus some intuitive takes.

1. Show gratitude for all that you do have in your life right now at this moment.

2. Play some frequency music. Find the Hz you are looking for by googling. As an example, let’s say your new moon wish is to be more spiritually connected. Google “frequency for spiritual connection,” from there, you can likely select a YouTube video or search the 852 Hz for connection on any of your favourite music streaming platforms. Light a candle or incense.

3. Choose up to 10 wishes or intentions for the four weeks of the Lunar cycle. For this month, also add in 10 more for the year. Get as specific as you can. If you are having trouble narrowing it down to what it is exactly that you are wanting, I encourage you to do some personal development practices, such as Reiki, EFT, books, etc. Self-exploration will be the key to finding passion and purpose that will have you flow easily into making your wishes.

4. Write the wishes on paper. Express it creatively if you wish. Different shapes of paper, different colours, stickers, just whatever you are called to do. The more energy you invest in this process, it shows the universe your desire and commitment. This is quite similar to a vision board, so feel free to add photos or anything that will help you see your wishes.

5. Read each item aloud – and prioritize. Choose the item(s) that are the most important to you. For your priority wishes or intentions, take this time to visualize it coming to reality and dive into the feelings of having that “thing” come true. Act as if it has already happened. What does that energy feel like? – Do this same process with the wishes or intentions for the year.

6. Create affirmations that back up the wish(es), and write that down too.
For example, let’s say you want more money; your affirmation could be “I am worthy of abundance,” “abundance comes to me naturally and easily.” If you are looking to manifest new relationships, you could say, “I am willing to make new friends,” “I am open to giving and receiving love.”

7. Look at each item, visualize it, role-play with yourself. Already see it as truth, what do you feel?
Visualization is so much more than seeing. It is also feeling, hearing, smelling, touching, etc. All the senses need to be involved for successful manifestation.

8. Go over each item and set intentions on what you plan to do to help these wishes come to light. Sitting and waiting is not going to bring things to you. We have to be willing to take action and watch for guidance along the way.

9. Meditate for a minimum of 15 minutes – and release your dreams into the universe.

10. End your meditation by releasing any attachments to the outcome. Although we set goals, intentions, and wishes, it is not necessarily for our highest good. Try not to control the outcome; aid it with actionable steps; it will work If it is meant to work; if not – you will come across roadblocks or other signs.

11. End your New Moon Wishes with gratitude, you could repeat exactly what you stated at the beginning, or maybe now you can add some things. Perhaps during the visualization you were given a sign, a direction, a path, an idea, etc. Whatever is in your heart that you can feel grateful for.

New Moon Manifestation – Step by Step Ritual

New Moon Manifestation - New Moon Ritual

With each New Moon, there will be a bit of a difference in the journal prompts, but as a generalization, you could use these prompts monthly, or check out the Moon Energies section of my blog for an updated ritual that goes with the sign the New Moon is in.

The Ritual! This is probably my favourite part of these blogs! I love creating rituals that will help people expand into their greatness.

Firstly, I always recommend a journaling practice daily, but especially during significant moon phases, New Moon-Full Moon. I will provide some journal prompts below to get you started, then you will find a numbered list; this is the actual ritual.

The journal prompts will give you some great questions to reflect upon and maybe bring something to light that you can work on through this New Moon.

Journal Prompts

We begin by taking the time to write out all the desires you have for your future and get as specific as possible.

  • I feel healthiest when I am doing _____
  • I feel happiest when I am doing ______
  • I feel my purpose is______
  • o When I think of my purpose, I feel____
  • o I see
  • o I smell
  • o I hear
  • o I taste

The Ritual

1. Get Moon water ready. You can do this in a couple of ways. I have been leaning more towards the first way I will explain, but listen to yourself on what you think resonates more with you.
– Drinkable Moon Water. For this one, you are just setting out a glass jar of water with a lid outside overnight to absorb the Moon’s energy. In the morning, bring it in, and drink some. This will help supercharge the energetic body and raise the vibe, which allows the ritual to be more effective. Any water you have saved, keep it in the fridge and drink when you need a “pick me up.”
– Fragrant Moon Water – This will not be drinkable Moon Water, but no less effective. Same idea as above but this time, we are adding things to the water. Get yourself a glass jar or bowl – make sure the jar or bowl can be covered. Add in crystals, fresh or dried herbs, flowers, essential oils, etc. Whatever you are called to. Put it out under the Moon overnight. In the morning, remove all items from the water, and strain the water into a spray bottle. Spray yourself and your spaces with the water to invite the energy in and through you. This also raises the vibe and increases the effectiveness of your ritual and wishes.

2. Smudge your space that you will be doing in the ritual. You can use any smudging material, but I always suggest Palo Santo – it’s my favourite

3. Get into the journaling – use the prompts and anything else that may come to mind or any other questions you want to ask yourself at this time. Allow your intuition to guide you through this.

4. Do the New Moon Wishes exercise explained above.

Final Thoughts

New Moon Manifestation - Final Thoughts

We all want to become powerful, manifesting beings. It’s human nature to want some sort of control and wanting our desires to happen. It is totally possible, but I always say we have to be energetically ready for it.

As I said above, if there is any doubt about deserving or being worthy, the Universe’s communication will get lost. Your thoughts and feelings are not in alignment. Not to worry though, because you can heal yourself, you can remove the energies of doubt, fear, panic, resentment etc., if you are willing to do the work.

I know for some, it’s a task they are not willing to take on, but if you have found yourself here and reading all the way down here, it has obviously resonated with you in one way or another. So, be brave and bold. If you feel that you cannot do this on your own, you need guidance or even just someone to hold space for you to keep you accountable, I am your girl. This is exactly what I do.

You can book an appointment with me. You can keep an eye out for Moon workshops, moon meditations and more.

I provide a lot of free content on my Social media platforms, and I encourage you to follow me there as well. (Links Below)

Thank you for joining me today, and I am celebrating you. If you have read this far, then I know you are ready for a change, and that’s huge!! I am grateful for you being here.

Gratitude Guide

Gratitude Guide - intro

Why is Gratitude so important? We hear people talk about it all of the time, but what does it even mean? And how can I show more gratitude in my day-to-day life?

I am here to answer all of that and more with this Gratitude Guide. We will begin with what it means to have gratitude, How to stay in Gratitude, how to apply it in day-to-day life, and why it is important to have a gratitude practice. Plus an easy-to-follow step-by-step practice to help you create a daily habit of gratitude.

Gratitude Guide – What does it mean to have Gratitude

Gratitude Guide - what is gratitude?

Gratitude is simply being grateful – but, it’s also recognizing that there are things that we can be grateful for that have maybe hurt us in some way or another.

To give you an example, I am a domestic violence survivor, I was incredibly angry at him for a long time and it seemed to ripple out in all of my relationships. Once I was able to do a forgiveness process on it, I was able to see that if it had not been for that relationship there would have been a lot of missed lessons, and other relationships never would have formed.

I am beyond grateful for those experiences now because it was the path that led me here. I cannot say for certain that I would be anywhere near where I am today without it.

So, you see, I took a difficult and painful event from my past and found what to be grateful for within that circumstance. Because there is ALWAYS a lesson. There is always more than what meets the eye in these difficult situations.

Even as a child I was bullied a lot and it shaped many of my beliefs and behaviours, but once I could see how compassionate and empathetic I formed myself to be, I was able to release the anger and start reprogramming those beliefs.

Having gratitude is just knowing as an absolute fact that you can find and be thankful for every part of your life. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Gratitude Guide – How do I stay in Gratitude?

Gratitude Guide - Staying in Gratitude

Staying in gratitude is certainly a challenge when we become faced with hardships or emotional overwhelms. It can be hard to see through that fog.

I suggest when things are feeling hard to dig deep and look within, what at this moment can you find gratitude for? What has this moment taught you, and can you be grateful for that?

Having a daily practice of grounding and protection can help you program the mind to begin to look for the silver linings of every situation, event, relationship, etc.

Gratitude Guide – How do I Apply Gratitude daily?

Gratitude Guide - Daily practices

A great way to get yourself into the habit and to begin reprogramming the mind to look for gratitude is by starting a gratitude practice.

I enjoy writing 5-10 things down both in the morning and at night that I am grateful for. Doing this consistently will eventually set your mind to finding things to be grateful for naturally.

I recommend you intentionally do this practice for a minimum of 21 days until you feel that shift happen within you and it becomes more natural to ask yourself, “what is the lesson in this moment?” and “how can I be grateful for this?” Instead of being in the mentality of “why me? why do bad things happen to me?”

If you find it really hard to find things to be grateful for, maybe take a step back and start with affirmations. Affirmations are the fuel of our empowerment. It takes us out of victimhood and into pure empowerment of the self. This will help you program the mind into a positive state, so if you find being grateful difficult at this point in your journey, start there then come into a daily gratitude practice.

Gratitude Guide – The Importance of Gratitude

Gratitude Guide - Importance of Gratitude

Gratitude is vital for our mental and emotional survival. If we are constantly finding ourselves in blame, shame, or victimhood it keeps our vibrations low. When our vibrations are low, we continue to attract more of those low vibration energies.

Such as, if you are stuck in fear, more fear will come. If you are stuck in anger, there will be more to be angry about. If you are stuck in shame or blame, you guessed it, more will come.

But, if you can flip the script of your mind into a more positive vibe you could be stuck in joy, bringing you more joy. You could be stuck in enlightenment, bringing more enlightenment. Even if you can just get yourself into a neutral vibration, more neutrality will come. So, do you see where this is going? You bring in what you put out.

If you want to keep attracting the wrong relationships, the wrong events, or putting yourself into dangerous situations, that is completely up to you and your will. That is your choice. I will not tell you that you are wrong in any way for that, because that is your path and you get to have that choice.

However, if you are ready to start bringing in the good, and be a manifesting machine, this is where the good stuff is – in gratitude. You see, being in gratitude will actually create space in all of your bodies, and that space can then be filled with joy, desires, and compassion – or whatever it is that you are seeking. It makes space for the things you desire to come into you.

When you are stuck in low vibrational energies the Universe is unable to truly hear your call because your thoughts and emotions will not be in alignment making communication next to impossible. Making manifesting your true dreams, goals, and wishes incredibly difficult. This is why having a Gratitude practice is so important.

Gratitude Guide – Gratitude Practice

Gratitude Guide - The Practice

To make things a little easier for you, you can follow these steps to help you practice Gratitude daily.

  1. Take a moment to think of at least three people, places, events, etc., that you are grateful for; feel the joy run through your body as you begin to think about all that you have to be grateful for.
  2. Write out a list of what/who you are grateful for.
  3. Read your list out loud or in your head three times.
  4. Now say out loud or in your head, “I know that I am blessed, and I live my life within that knowing. I live my life with gratitude and from my heart. I am a conscious creator, and being grateful is at the core of my being for balance.”

As you may know by now, I am all about crystals. They are such intriguing creations with amazing energy. There are crystals that may help you get into the heart space and find the things you can be grateful for. See my Crystal suggestions below and grab whatever you are called to.

Healing With The Moon – Full Moon Energy

Welcome, today we are chatting about Healing with the Moon. With the focus on Full Moon Energy and what your focus should be on during a Full Moon.

What is the energy of a Full Moon?

Healing with the Moon - Full Moon Energy

Generally speaking, full moons are a time to reflect on the results of new moon wishes/manifestations, focus on forgiveness and fill the space created with gratitude. At this time, wishes (manifestations) should be coming to fruition somehow, or at the very least clear direction and guidance from the universe, be ready to keep your eyes and ears open.

Full moons are yang energy that can sometimes make things feel forceful, like coming to a head with past traumas or events that need healing. It is forceful in the most loving of ways, though, encouraging and pushing you to forgive and let go because, in the end, it is what is best for your higher self and purpose.

Healing with the Moon – A time of reflection

Healing with the Moon - Reflection

It will encourage you to reflect on all of the events that happened in the weeks of a full lunar cycle:

  • what has happened?
  • What worked?
  • What didn’t work?
  • What emotions do you feel ready to release?
  • Is there anything you are willing or able to forgive?

Healing with the Moon- Purpose of Forgiveness

Healing with the Moon - Forgiveness

When we can forgive events, situations, and people, we can release karma and detox our souls from those negative vibes. That will help you release negative patterns, toxic thoughts, habits, ways of being negative, and even toxic people. When we release and forgive, it gives our energetic body room to grow. Fill the spaces and growth with gratitude; this will create a very high vibration that will help bring in all of the good stuff the universe has waiting for us.

What Should I Focus on During a Full Moon?

Healing with the Moon - Focus

Healing with the Moon with Forgiveness

Full moons are essentially about a “clean slate”; release what you don’t want – holding on to low vibrational emotions will attract more of it. If you have guilt, fear, disappointment, and jealousy;
For the Full Moon Focus, we need to spend some time acknowledging the feelings, forgiving them, and letting them go; It is a process.

When we hang on to these low vibe emotions, it brings energy into our aura that creates blocks in the chakras, which will block our ability to manifest our new moon wishes. Releasing and letting go of those emotions will take inner-work, and not everybody is ready for that, and that is ok. If you can even find just one little minor thing to release that has been taking up any brain space, you will feel a shift, and you will begin a beautiful connection start with the moon and the earth.

To see a step-by-step forgiveness practice, see it here.

Be willing – that’s all it takes

Just be willing to look within, heal, shift blocks, and shed the past. The full moon can sometimes shine or “illuminate” the darker side of ourselves. Do no fear it; we all have this side of us because, without the darkness, we cannot appreciate the lighter side. See it, shift it as best as you can – always choose to have the bright side win.

Healing with the Moon with Gratitude

After making space in the heart space by forgiving and letting go of things, it’s important to fill that space with gratitude.

Gratitude is an essential process to help raise your vibration, fill your heart with joy, and feel good. When the vibration is increased and we have joy in our body, it helps us attract the things we want vs. the things we do not. It helps to put thoughts and feelings into alignment – helping manifestation to come. This is crucial because in just two weeks, the new lunar cycle of a New Moon will dawn, and this is where we plant the seeds of our wishes/manifestation.

Suppose we are filled with nothing but anger, resentment, fear, loathing, etc. We will do nothing but continue to attract those very same vibrations. If forgiveness is not something you are ready for, start small with gratitude. This alone will help you raise your vibration to help you feel good about starting to let things go.

Healing with the Moon – Final Thoughts

Healing with the Moon - Final Thoughts

It’s tough. This work can be difficult. I get it; I truly do. I walk along this path with you, not ahead of you. No matter where you are, there is always something to let go of and release. The thing is, though, that it is completely worth it. It is worth the time and energy – YOU are worth the time and energy.

Doing these practices can help you get a clear picture of where you want to go and how you will get there. Stop living small. Do you know what your chances of being here right now at this time even is? Very, very low. You are unique, and you have a purpose. You are worth it to remove blocks, and you need to heal to become the best version of yourself and unleash the purpose of your existence so you can share it with the world. It has to be shared. We all have a role.

Be brave, and be willing – you are worth it. Take the time to do these exercises, take up opportunities for group events, or sign up for some one-on-one time with me to help you meet people and uplift your soul, dig closer or deeper into your purpose. We all need a little help and guidance from time to time, and there is no guilt or shame in that. I am here for you.

Thank you for reading, and we will chat again soon. I hope to hear of your Moon Ritual experiences and see you in some group or one-on-one events.

Relevate the day,

Blessings,

Anna W.

Forgiveness Practice

Here is your step-by-step forgiveness practice. It would be best if you started by journaling anything you feel called to bring in for forgiveness. This can be as little as one comment you made that you wish you hadn’t – forgive yourself and allow yourself to move on from. All the way to forgiving someone or an event that you feel may not “deserve” forgiveness.

The Purpose of the Forgiveness Practice

forgiveness practice is for the self

The thing that we have to remember about forgiveness is that it is for nobody else but the self. You may never get the closure or the apology that you feel you deserve.

You are choosing to forgive so that it doesn’t hold residency inside of you anymore. That person or event likely has no emotion or even a memory of what they/it did to you. It does not take up space in their minds, and it does not keep them up at night. It did not create these new patterns and behaviours to protect themselves – you did.

The first step in healing that, and you, is by recognizing that nothing happens to you; it happens for you.

My Story of Forgiveness

Through the darkness, we find the light

Now, I understand that you may be thinking, how was this awful thing done for me when all it has created is fear and anxiety within me. I get it, believe me. I am a domestic violence survivor, and for years I asked myself what I have done so wrong to deserve it? How could I have created such anger and ugliness in this person that they have felt the need to physically and emotionally harm me?

It haunted me for years, but once I was willing to honestly look at all parts of it, recognize my role, I realized that it wasn’t about me in any way, shape or form; it was strictly about him, what he was going through, and the lesson that he ultimately needed to learn. I just happened to be there to receive the frustration he felt on the inside; it was his outlet.

That experience left me homeless, abused, and hungry – but I survived. Not only did I survive, but I also strived. I became stronger. I became someone I could respect again. But through the domestic violence experience, I gained compassion, understanding, and humility. As soon as I said no more and ended the relationship, I felt lifted, and life began to fall into place. Sometimes we have to go through the darkest of nights to learn who we truly are.

So, how did this happen for me? It was my catalyst of change for me. If I hadn’t followed that man across the country, I wouldn’t have met the man I married. Eventually, it forced me to look at myself and figure out who I truly am. Once the arrival of my baby boy came, I knew I wanted to be better. To allow me to let go of the walls, guards, fears, and anger. It was time to be my absolute best version so I could be the best for my son. To stop punishing my husband for the mistakes of my ex and blame him for my unhappiness. But, more importantly, I needed to let it all go for myself.

I had to forgive him to be able to let it go and tear down those walls, the anger, and the fear. He likely didn’t care that I never truly opened up about myself to my husband because of him. He didn’t care that I would dream of him and wake up in a panic. He didn’t care that I felt so incredibly unsafe that I had become a victim of anxiety in all situations.

Only I could forgive it and release it – so that I could become the best version of myself and gain a clear picture of who I wanted to be in this life. And once I went through my forgiveness practice (with a lot of emotional support from a life coach), I stopped punishing those around me, quit being a victim, and became the real leader of my life.

The Forgiveness Practice

Step-By-Step Guide of the Forgiveness Practice

step-by-step guide

At this point in your forgiveness practice, it is time to dig as deep as you are willing to at this moment, write down as many things as you would like – recall any events that your mind will bring you to.

Review your list, then put a special mark beside the one(s) that you are willing to forgive during this practice, then write those items on a separate piece of paper. Keep the original because there may come another time where you are ready to forgive and let those things go.

The best time to perform this practice is during a Full Moon. Emotions are especially sensitive at this time. You will connect with the emotional body more efficiently, helping you understand where some of your patterns and behaviours began. That will likely lead you to things that need to be forgiven so you can remove those energies from you.

Steps

  1. Have your page with the list ready
  2. Cleanse the space with Sage or Palo Santo
  3. Sit comfortably, and get ready to begin.
  4. Take long, deep breaths until you feel calm and at ease, send breath to any tension in the body as well.
  5. Close your eyes and begin to visualize each person or event listed that you are willing to forgive.
  6. Visualize each person or event being wrapped up in a bubble – you get to chose the colour.
  7. See all of the bubbles and begin to create a good feeling towards them.
  8. Say silently or out loud, “I forgive you.”
  9. Now see all of the bubbles float away. If you have any bubbles that are having trouble leaving, forgive yourself for not being ready to release them, and we can try again at the next moon.
  10. Take your forgiveness list and burn it; this will signify and solidify the release.
  11. When you are ready, open your eyes, and recite this to close the forgiveness practice and bring in karma release.
“Under the glorious Full Moon, I forgive everything, everyone, every experience, every memory of the past or present that needs forgiveness. I forgive everyone positively. I also forgive myself for past mistakes. The universe is love, and I am forgiven and governed by love alone. Love is now adjusting my life. Realizing this, I abide in peace.”

Final Thoughts

Worthiness

I pray that if you have landed on this blog that you are ready for healing. I pray that you are willing to do the work because you are so worth it. It’s a very, very small chance that you made it to this world at this time. You are not here merely to survive your environment. You are here to rise above the circumstances of your environment.

I know it’s hard, and a lot of the time, we simply do not want to do the work, I know. I’ve been there, and I, too, still struggle sometimes. But it’s in the avoidance of it that we can recognize the importance. The more we avoid, the more we need to buckle down and stare it straight in the eye. It’s that level of discomfort that will help you arise and grow.

You are worth it, you deserve it, and you can do it.

Until next time,
Relevate the day,

Anna -xo
